You will be required to write a brief reflection (250 words or less) that addresses the following related to your sonography awareness experiences (e.g shadowing, etc.):
Describe what you learned about the profession from your sonography awareness experiences?
What specific qualities or skills do you think would make someone an ideal sonographer?
Master of Science in Nursing only:
Two professional references
Sample of academic writing. Sample may be from previous academic courses
A brief explanation of the applicant’s professional goals, how the degree will help you attain your goals, and how your goals are compatible with program philosophy and outcomes (not to exceed two pages)
Education Doctorate only:
Two professional references
Narrative explanation of how the applicant’s professional goals are consistent with the program purpose statement and program outcomes and potential research topics of interest (not to exceed three pages)
Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice only:
References names and email addresses. These are entered on the online application and an automated email will be sent to each reference after the application is submitted containing a link to the electronic reference form. We collect references from:
Department Head/Supervisor
Head Nurse/Team Lead
Professional/Personal
